Established in 1839, Patek Philippe is renowned for its stunning timepieces and pioneering spirit. The Nautilus collection, launched in 1976, is iconic for its porthole-inspired design by Gérald Genta.

The 7118/1A, introduced in stainless steel, features a 35.2 mm case and a self-winding mechanical movement. The vibrant grey/brown dial, with its distinctive wave pattern, showcases luminous hands and markers, embodying elegance and functionality. 

Our Patek 7118/1A is excellent condition, with light signs of wear but no signs of polishing. The watch is provided as a complete set with the Patek paperwork, booklet and original Patek box.
